Description
Visit Palma, a resort city and capital of the Spanish island of Mallorca (Majorca) in the western Mediterranean. The massive Santa María cathedral, a Gothic landmark begun in the 13th century, overlooks the Bay of Palma. Sightsee Palma and Valdemossa
- Pick-up will be from your ship. Then, a private vehicle will take you to see Palma city highlights and Valdemossa.
- Visit Mallorca's most important medieval monument - the Palma Cathedral, a Gothic Roman Catholic cathedral in Palma, Mallorca, Spain.
Walk through the Gothic quarter, the City Hall in Plaza de Cort, and see the Almudaina Palace and learn about the importance of Mallorca's famous Jewish quarter while strolling through its narrow, charming streets. Marvel at the panoramic view of Palma from the Renaissance walls surrounding the old town.
Drive to Valldemossa, a village and municipality on the island of Majorca, part of the Balearic Islands' Spanish autonomous community.
Proceed with a drive back to the Bellver Castle, a Gothic-style castle on a hill 3 km west of Palma's centre on the Island of Majorca.
Drive to the Passeig Maritimo, a waterfront promenade where some of Mallorca's most important yacht clubs and marinas are located.
Return to the port and board your ship.
