Description
Explore Andalusia, a region with the most natural parks, with first-rate fauna and flora; among its natural treasures is the Doñana NP—an experience for lovers of the natural environment and the culture of the towns surrounding it. Visit Luis Felipe brandy winery to try some of the flavours of beverages and make a short hike to the town of Cazalla de la Sierra. Try out seafood at Sanlúcar de Barrameda and learn about the celebration of the Goyescas bullfights in the town of Malaga.
Itinerary

Day 1: Seville
Arrive at the Seville airport/station, and transfer to the hotel.
Check-in, free dinner and accommodation. You could take a guided tour of Seville, depending on the arrival time.

Day 2: Seville-Huelva-Seville
Eat breakfast and depart for a full-day excursion to the Sierra de Aracena.
Arrive in the town of Aracena, and we will make a brief visit to the town and visit the famous Grotto of Wonders made up of 1,200 meters of underground gallery divided into three superimposed levels of paths wrapped in impressive limestone formations that leave all visitors with mouth open.
Have free time for lunch after visiting the cave. Try tasting the dishes made up of Iberian pork from the area and their game meats for lunch.
Continue our tour in the afternoon, and we will move to the banks of the Rio Tinto, in which our guide will show us the biochemical and landscape peculiarities of the area that will help us understand why NASA was doing studies in the area for its similarity to Mars.
Finish our baggage through the Huelva County region by visiting its Luis Felipe brandy winery, one of the most recognized nationally, so much so that it is the official supplier of brandy to the Spanish Royal Household.
Return to the hotel, free dinner and accommodation.

Day 3: Seville-Northern Sierra-Seville
Eat breakfast and depart for a full-day Sierra Norte de Sevilla excursion.
Arrive at the Cerro del Hierro Natural Monument, and we will take a guided tour of about 2.5 hours inside this natural monument, an old iron mine since Roman times.
Make a short hiking route along the old route of the train tracks that linked the mine to the town of Cazalla de la Sierra.
Get to know this town, and we will visit one of its anise distilleries, where in addition to getting to know its preparation and uses, we can taste this digestive liquor.
As a recommendation, have free time for lunch, as it could not be otherwise in the mountains; try their game meat and Iberian pork; if it is, it's in season, their mushrooms in addition to its many sweets.
Return to our hotel for rest in the afternoon.

Day 4: Seville-Cadiz-Jerez De La Frontera
Eat breakfast.
Check out and depart to Jerez de la Frontera.
Visit a cattle ranch in the Medina Sidonia municipal district along the way, where we will discover how to raise and care for livestock.
Move to Jerez after the visit to have lunch in a private winery, where in addition to learning about winemaking, we can enjoy a walk through the vineyard, where they will teach us the necessary care for the care of the strains.
Head towards the center of Jerez for a guided tour of the city, where we will get to know one of the noblest towns in the province of Cádiz once the forces are restored to the freshness of the winery.
Check-in, after the visit, for free dinner and accommodation.

Day 5: Jerez-Sanlucar De Barrameda-Jerez
Savour breakfast and depart to Sanlúcar de Barrameda, where we will take a barge to cross the Guadalquivir River and enter the Doñana National Park.
Visit for about 3 hours.
Go to the center of the town to make a guided visit to the Manzanilla winery "La Gitana", in which they will teach us how the type of ageing of the Jerez frame wines is and the peculiarity of Manzanilla wines, which only occurs in this town.
Finish the visit, and we will enjoy a tasting of these wines, and we will have free time to have lunch in one of the many restaurants and/or wineries in the city. Try the typical shrimp omelettes and their wide range of products derived from sea seafood.
Enjoy the rest of the free afternoon in Sanlúcar.
Return to Jerez for free dinner and accommodation.

Day 6: Jerez-White Villages of Cadiz-Malaga
Sit down for breakfast, check out and depart to Malaga. Along the way, we will take a tour of the White Villages.
Visit the towns of Arcos de la Frontera and Setenil de las Bodegas (both in the province of Cádiz) and the city of Ronda (in the province of Malaga), where we will enjoy a guided tour of the city and go deep into the interior from its bullring, famous for the celebration of the Goyescas bullfights.
Have free time in Ronda for lunch.
Continue the trip to Malaga in the middle of the afternoon.

Day 7: Malaga-origin
Eat breakfast, check out and depart to Malaga airport/station for our return flight. Depending on the flight/train time, a visit could be made to Malaga.
