Luxor Tour
- At 7:00 pm, from your hotel or cruise in Aswan by a tour guide, you will be taken to Luxor city, north of Aswan.
- Arrive in Luxor at 10:00 am on your day.
- On the west bank of the Nile, you visit the Valley of the Kings and see the splendour of the architecture that was used for burial. There are many kings buried in this valley. The most famous tombs are of King Tutmosis I, Tutmosis III, Tut-Ankh-Amon, King Ramses VI, King Mrenptah and Amonhotep II.
- This is followed by a visit to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, known as the Deir al-Bahari, built by Queen Hatshepsut Bint Tuthmosis I, who ruled Egypt for about 20 years during the 18th dynasty (circa 1490-1469 BC).
- Then continue your day on tour to the Colossi of Memnon Museum of Amenhotep III.
- Continue your day on a tour of the East Bank, where you will visit the temples of Karnak and Luxor. Karnak Temple is the largest example of worship in history dedicated to the god Amun, his wife Mott, and his son Khansu.
- Spend about 3 hours there. Continue your day tour to visit Luxor Temple, built by Amenhotep the Third in the 18th dynasty in the modern kingdom and completed by Ramses II during the 19th dynasty.
- Around 17:00, go to your hotel in Luxor or even to Luxor Airport if you have to leave Luxor on that day.
