Description
Embark on a day tour to the Valley of the Kings on the West Bank, where many kings, including Tutankhamun and Ramesses VI, were buried. Then, visit the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, built by the only Pharaonic woman to reign in ancient Egypt. Finally, see the Colossi of Memnon, the remains of the mortuary temple of Amenhotep III.

Valley of the Kings, Colossi of Memnon, and Hatshepsut Temple
- At 7:00 am: get picked up from your hotel or Nile Cruise in Luxor by your expert tour guide.
- Then you will be transferred by a private A/C vehicle to the West Bank, where you will visit the Valley of the Kings, the magnificence of the grandeur of architecture used for burial. Many kings are buried in this valley. The most known tombs are King Tutmosis I, Tutmosis III, Tutankhamon, King Ramssess VI, King Mrenptah, and Amonhotep II.
- Followed by a visit to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, known as El Dir El Bahari. It was built by Queen Hatshepsut, the daughter of Thutmosis I, who ruled Egypt for about 20 years during the 18th dynasty (approximately 1490-1469 B.C). She was the only Pharaonic woman to reign in ancient Egypt.
- Then continue your day tour to the Colossi of Memnon, which are the remains of Amenhotep III's mortuary temple.
- Around 12:00 in the afternoon, transfer back to your hotel or Nile Cruise in Luxor.
