Mt. Sinai & St. Catherine's Monastery Tour from Dahab
The tour starts from Dahab at 23:00.
On reaching Mt. Sinai, the climb begins at 02:00. The views of the stars on the ascent are spectacular, and the sunrise that you’ll experience from the top is awe-inspiring.
After seeing the sunrise, head on to St. Catherine's Monastery, which was constructed during the 5th century, the site was that of a 4th-century chapel built on the spot where Moses is said to have encountered God speaking to him from a burning bush. There is a frequently photographed bush on the site that is believed to have descended from the original.
Reach Dahab at around 12:00 pm.
