Itinerary

1. Day 1: Welcome to Istanbul!

   • Meet your tour manager at Istanbul International Airport. They will assist you with Arrival procedures and escort you to the hotel by an air-conditioned deluxe vehicle. 
   • Refresh yourself with a welcome drink at the hotel while your tour manager ensures a smooth check-in. They will also review your itinerary with you to establish and confirm pick-up times for each tour on the trip. Overnight stay in Istanbul. 

2. Day 2: Istanbul Old City Tour

   • Pick-up from hotel after breakfast at approximately 8:30 AM to begin a full-day tour of the Old City.
   • Visit the famous Hagia Sophia Museum, the Blue Mosque, the Hippodrome, the Grand Bazaar and Topkaki Palace. Enjoy a scrumptious lunch (included) at a local restaurant.
   • Transfer back to your hotel via air-conditioned vehicle. 

3. Day 3: Cruise on the Bosphorus and Exploring the Asian shore

   • Begin your day with a private transfer to the Dolmabahce, a grand palace built in the European Baroque style and located right on the Bosphorus river. Enjoy a tour of the 285 rooms filled with cultural treasures, such as hundreds of oil paintings and other luxury decor.
   • Get ready to enjoy the sights of Istanbul in the most relaxing way possible — by boat! In the 2.5 hours you will spend on the water, you will get to take in a breathtaking panoramic view of the most popular sites in the city, such as the Maidens Tower, the Ortakoy, the Bosphorus Bridge, and the Galata Tower, to name a few. 
   • Stop at the wondrous Kucusku Palace and step foot on the Asian side of the city. At the end of your boat tour, you will change onto a tour bus which will take you to Pierre Loti Hill, a prime spot for a 360 degree view of Istanbul above the Golden Horn. Cozy up at a café with a cup of Turkish coffee while you enjoy the breathtaking sights visible from here!
   • Hop on the cable cars to get back down and then transfer to a bus tour, which will take you around the walls of Old Istanbul.

    

4. Day 4: Sapanca Lake and Masukiye Waterfalls

   • Enjoy the fresh air and natural charms on a quiet retreat from the busy city of Istanbul. Visit the Sapanca Lake, which is surrounded by mountains on all sides and offers scenic tours in a stunning landscape between Adapazarai Meadow and the Gulf of Izmit.
   • Visit the vast Darica Zoo, which offers a deep dive into the wealth of flora and fauna in Istanbul: over 200 different species of animals and thousands of plants; around 19 different fish species and over 100 beautiful types of birds!
   • Enjoy the cultural delights of Turkey in Masukiye village, famous for its beautiful location and delectable food. Delight in a hearty meal (included) under a waterfall surrounded by picturesque mountains — a prime highlight of the tour.
   • Set off for a hike up the breathtaking Kartepe Mountain, which offers a dose of adventure and an outstanding view of the Sapanca Lake below.

5. Day 5: Vialand Theme Park

   • Eat a fulfilling breakfast, for today you will get to enjoy a high energy urban adventure at the huge Vialand Adventure Park right outside Istanbul. With a capacity for over 13 thousand people and rides that cater to all ages, it is the perfect destination for the whole family to have fun and unwind. Shop till you drop at the accompanying shopping mall with its attractive offers.
   • Pick-up at closing time (6:00 PM) and transfer back to the hotel for a restful night. 

6. Day 6: Princess Island Tour

   • Meet your tour guide after breakfast and travel by air-conditioned coach to the port. Board the boat that will ferry you to the Princess Islands, also known as the Adalar.
   • Dock in  Büyükada, the largest and most magnificent destination in the Adalar, and enjoy a stroll through the streets with your guide, soaking up the laid-back atmosphere of island life and learning about the fascinating history of the island, first as a place of exile for banished statesmen and royalty, and later as a monastic settlement during Turkey’s Byzantine-Christian period.
   • Stop for lunch at a seafood restaurant or enjoy a meal on the boat. You are free to spend the rest of your day exploring the island at your own leisure.
   • Meet your guide at a pre-arranged time for your boat ride back to Istanbul. Relax on the last leg of your journey, which will be by coach, and transfer back to your hotel for the night.

7. Day 7: Explore Istanbul at Leisure

   • Enjoy a free day touring Istanbul city and revel in the glorious sights and sounds it has to offer. Breakfast and Lunch will be provided.

8. Day 8: Istanbul - Fly Back Home

   • Enjoy one last breakfast at your hotel while you reminisce about all the beauty you have witnessed on this tour. Check-out from your hotel before 12:00 PM.
   • Meet your tour manager, who will pick you up and escort you to the Istanbul International Airport and assist you to board your flight back home.
