Description
Explore the main oases on this 5-day tour, which are Bahariya, Farafra, Dakhla and Kharga. They are linked by a 900 km asphalt road that runs through them from Cairo to the Nile Valley at Luxor. The road follows the ancient Darb el-Arba’in, the Forty-Day Caravan Road. The oases are also connected by many unmarked desert paths across the sand. Spend a night sleeping under the sky in the open air among the surreal wind-carved rock formations of the White Desert. It’s a magical experience. Gaze at the surreal rock formations of the White Desert and enjoy a campfire dinner.
Itinerary

Day 1 - Cairo to Bahariya Oasis
- Depart for Bahariya Oasis from your hotel in Cairo with an air-conditioned car (5-hour drive).
- Arrive at the Oasis and have lunch. Then, start the safari by visiting the black desert and the village of El Hez, where you can see the cold spring.
- Explore the crystal mountain, after which you can continue to the region of El Mattar. First, find a nice place to set up your camp.
Dinner and overnight at the camp.

Day 2 - The White Desert
- After breakfast, resume the adventure by visiting the Aqapat Desert Path, Karaween Dunes and the magical spring, where you will have lunch.
- After lunch, head to the new white desert and see all the beautiful limestone formations.
- Set up the camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 3 - El Kaser, El Mozawaka & El Hagar
- After breakfast, drive to the Asphalt road and get transferred to the oasis of Dakhla.
- On arrival, visit Deer El Hagar, a temple from Roman times.
- Next, explore the tombs of El Mozawaka.
- Have lunch and after lunch, visit the old Islamic village of El kaser.
Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4 - Kharga Oasis
- After breakfast, head towards the Kharga Oasis.
- On arrival, visit the museum, Heeps temple and then have lunch.
- Explore the Kharga Oasis market after lunch and take a nice stroll.
Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 5 - Depart for Luxor
- After breakfast, take a drive to Luxor.
