Spend a full day exploring ancient Thebes. Traverse around the West Bank of the Nile to the Valley of the Kings, the burial place of the ancient Pharaohs. Stop and see the tombs of 3 of the former rulers. Next, make your way to Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, Colossi of Memnon, Karnak and the Luxor Temples.

Luxor Tour
Get picked up by the Egyptologist guide from your hotel in Luxor.
Start the visit in the west bank and see the Valley of Kings, the magnificence of the grandeur of architecture which was used for burial. There are many kings buried in this valley. The most known tombs are King Tutmosis I, Tutmosis III, Tut-Ankh- Amon, King Ramssess VI, King Mrenptah and AmonhotepII.
Then, explore the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, built by Queen Hatshepsut, daughter of Thutmosis I, who ruled Egypt about 20 years during the 18th Dynasty (1490–1469 BCE), the only Pharaonic woman who reigned ancient Egypt.
Pass by the Colossi of Memnon for about 15 minutes.
Back to the east bank in Luxor to continue the tour to visit Karnak Temples, the greatest example of worship in the history, dedicated to the God Amon, his wife Mut and their son Khonsu.
End the tour by visiting the Temple of Luxor. It was built by Amunhotep III in the 18th Dynasty in the New Kingdom and it was completed by Ramesses II during the 19th Dynasty.
