Description
Trek to Chimborazo on a 2-day tour. Experience the challenging trail that takes you to the closest point to the sun, on earth. Experience an incredible view of other volcanoes and snow-capped mountains, from the top.
Itinerary

Day 1 : Trek to Chimborazo
Depart from Riobamba at 1 pm; the drive is about 1.5 hours to refuge. There is a registration process in the National Park, before heading to the Carrel Refuge.
Dinner is served at 5 pm.
Climb starts at 11 pm - 12 midnight.

Day 2 : Trek to Chimborazo
The trail uphill is about 6-8 hours long.
Reach the summit at sunrise.
Climb back down to the refuge for breakfast.
Drive back to Riobamba.
Return around midday.
