Take this full-day tour to the cloud forest to connect with nature and enjoy hiking in the forest, during which you can observe the flight of hummingbirds. Visit the butterfly farm, where you can feed a butterfly from your hand and see how they approach you without fear. To end this day of adventures, enjoy a delicious homemade chocolate dessert handmade at the time.
Itinerary

Cloud Forest Excursion
- 08:00 AM: Leave from Quito and arrive in Mindo after an hour's drive.
- Take the first stop at the hummingbird garden to observe how they feed and perform their flight so close to us.
- Visit the waterfalls following the trail with a walk of about 1 hour each way.
- Continue to a butterfly farm, a site that allows us to observe several species of butterflies.
- If you like adventure, we will do canopy - this activity is optional. This allows you to discover a forest full of flora and fauna from the top of the trees.
- Learn about making chocolate from harvest to enjoy this delicious fruit in a dessert at a chocolate farm.
- 5:00 PM: Return to Quito.
