- The Little Mermaid, a bronze statue by Edvard Eriksen, depicting a mermaid becoming human. It is dominated by the star-shaped fortress Kastellet, one of the best-preserved of its kind in Northern Europe.
- The Gefion Fountain, a large fountain on the harbourfront in Copenhagen.
- Nyboder, a historic row house district of former Naval barracks.
