Itinerary

1. Tortuguero Canals

   • Once you meet your Tourguide on the Pier, he will provide instructions on which vehicle to board and all the necessary information to proceed with the Tour. 
   • Our First stop will be the Tortuguero Canals, just 15 minutes from the Town of Limon. 
   • We meet this natural canal that guides us to a top National Park for our Country, Tortuguero. This park is a nesting place for turtles every year and is one of the most visited every other year. 
   • Our boat will sail for about one hour in its calm waters. The tour guide will spot as much wildlife as possible, including our friend, the sloth, the main creature of this tour.

2. Banana Plantation - Santa Rosa

   • The banana plantation tour in Puerto Limón offers visitors an engaging glimpse into the banana industry, vital to the region's economy.

3. Coastal drive and Highlights

   • Finally, this last portion of the Tour will show you the local life and some of the most iconic buildings that bring lots of history to our Province. A city tour will be combined with this last part of the activity.  
   • At the end of the excursion, your tour guide will take you to a little photography museum located right in front of the pier. Here, you will be able to taste authentic Costa Rican Coffee or chocolate.
