I was born and raised in Guanacaste, Costa Rica.I´m 36 years old and very proud of this beautiful country.I started learning English at a very young age.This English immersion allowed me to socialize with people from all over the world.I became a certified tour guide at the National Apprenticeship Center.My credential number; according to the Costa Rican Board of tourism is 1505.I also got a bachelor's teaching degree at the Latin American University of Costa Rica.I spent two years in South Carolina, United States working as a Spanish teacher at Jasper County High School.This experience in S.C was one of the best I´ve ever had; not only because I learned about a different culture but also because it made me value the place I was born; the country I belong to.I´ve been in the tourism arena for roughly 13 years leading tours for North Americans, Asians, South Americans, Europeans, and other nationalities running outdoor activities such as zip lines, nature walks, nature hikes, white water rafting, ATV excursions, horseback riding and more.Amongst the tour companies, I have represented are TAM Travel, Swiss Travel Service, Thomson Family Aventures, Gray Line, Star Villas, Unique Adventures, Costa Rica Villas, and others.I´m a people person who loves reading, sports, history, music, movies, nature, and of course; I love Costa Rica and interacting with tourists.I would like to be your host, let me show you around!
