Explore the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, a Tang dynasty structure dating back to the 7th century CE. It was built to hold sutras and figurines of the Buddha that were brought to China from India by the Buddhist translator and traveller Xuanzang.
Admire the Xi'an Ancient City Wall, one of the best-preserved and the largest city walls in China, built for military defence in the Ming Dynasty.
