Private Day Tour To Longqing Gorge
- Your English-speaking guide and private car will pick you up from your hotel lobby. Heading directly to Longqing Gorge, on the way, you will drive past Juyongguan Great Wall and Badaling Great Wall. Your tour guide will explain the related histories and stories. Feel free to ask questions and sit back and enjoy the scenery along the way.
- Upon arrival, start today's adventure immediately. Follow your tour guide to use the elevator inside the body of an artificial dragon to go up to the Longqing Dam. Then, enjoy the river and mountain views by boat cruise. Explore an island where you can find different recreational options for visitors, including kayaking, rock-climbing, horseback riding, and go-carting (at your own expense).
- After the boat cruise, take the cable car up the mountain to explore the Immortal Taoist Temple. Learn its stories from your tour guide and enjoy the amazing bird's-eye view of the area. After a few hours exploring in the Longqing Gorge, on the way back to Beijing City, you will stop at a local restaurant for a late lunch. Then, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Beijing (2 hours driving time).
