Embark on a breathtaking journey from Puerto Natales to Torres del Paine National Park, crossing the stunning Lake Peohé by catamaran. Hike the famous W Circuit to the Valle del Francés glacier viewpoint, enjoying the dramatic landscapes and diverse rock formations. Return by evening, relishing the scenic beauty throughout this medium/high-difficulty adventure.

Itinerary

French Valley Viewpoint
- 07:00: Departure from Pto Natales to the Torres Del Paine National Park via Route I-290, which will take approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- 08:00: Enter the National Park through the Serrano gate.
- 08:30: Arrive at the Pudeto port sector to embark on the catamaran of the Patagónico ice company.
- 09:00: The 30-minute one-way trip across Lake Peohé will leave us in the Paine Grande Shelter and Camping sector.
- Upon arrival, the march immediately begins towards the CONAF Italian camp and later towards the “Platea” sector or viewpoint of the Valle del Francés glacier. The total distance is 22 km one-way and 22 km return. This trail is part of the famous W Circuit within the Paine massif and part of the Torres del Paine National Park, with a MEDIUM/HIGH difficulty.
- Enjoy the scenic beauty of the Paine Massif and the different rock materials that make it up.
- After arriving at the “Platea” or Mirador del Valle del Francés glacier, begin the return to the Paine Grande Refuge and Camping sector at approximately 18:00.
- 18:30: Board the catamaran of the Ice Patagónico company back to the Puerto Pudeto sector.
- 19:00: Arrive at the Puerto Pudeto sector, contact our transportation, and head towards Pto Natales.
- 20:30: Arrive at the city of Pto Natales.

These programs are in an official program status, dated 05/18/2024, with definitive prices by part of service providers for the 2024/2025 season.

The programs are valid for seven months, from September 1, 2024, to April 30, 2025, during the high tourism season in Magallanes.

I must clarify that this program is exclusively for medium—to high-level trekking activities, so it is not recommended that people with coronary problems, hypertension or another associated disease participate.

Specifically, I must clarify that we are not a travel agency; I am only a local guide who offers excursion services with transportation and basic food.

Transfer times are relative and can change and vary depending on the activity we are going to carry out daily, including weather conditions and wind alerts during the day.

Let's clarify that these excursions must and have to depart from Pto Natales. Another starting point of departure must be discussed in advance to determine additional costs (Villa Cerro Castillo, Valle del Serrano, within the Torres del Paine National Park, etc.).

It must be made clear that participating passengers must have a physical and medical condition following the activity, and it is recommended that passengers have active international insurance.
