Description
Full-day excursion takes you to the Jungfraujoch, the highest railroad station in Europe, up to 3454m above sea level (11332 feet)! We will meet in Lucerne, from where we start a 2-hour ride with the panoramic train Luzern-Interlaken Express into the heart of Switzerland. During our trip, we will see crystal clear lakes, pass waterfalls, cross the Brünig Pass and come through the town where Sherlock Holmes was killed. We will reach Grindelwald, where the "Eiger Express" cable car will take us on a thrilling ride above picturesque meadows with wooden houses surrounded by majestic mountains to Jungfrau Railway, which takes us along Eiger and Mönch to Jungfrau mountain by cog train.
