Well, I love what I do!!! I have been a licensed guide for 4 years now, and I have enjoyed every day of it.I have always enjoyed being able to share the wonders of the city with others.I am a naturally curious person.I like to know how, when, why, who, and I like to be able to share that knowledge with others.I like to travel, love the open space, love to meet people, share experiences and learn new ones, and I have found that tourism offers me all of these things.I was born and raised in the city that never sleeps, the capital of the world, the big apple, New York City, in Manhattan to be precise.My mother is from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.My father is from Toledo, Spain.I was raised both in Rio and NYC.Being born in the melting pot that NYC is, and with all the different cultures, tastes, sounds and smells that New York City has to offer, I am used to the way of life that makes up that great city, and that exposure has been very useful to me as a tour [sensitive content]w, having a Brazilian mother has been a treat as well (It would have been a treat no matter where she was from ;-) ) Rio de Janeiro is what the locals call: The Marvelous City.And I must agree.With its beautiful beaches, impressive landscape, great weather, friendly lovable people, samba, soccer and much more.New York may be my hometown, but Rio holds a very close second place.Come check it out!
