Manama Desert Tour
Get a pick-up from your hotel and meet your local tour guide.
Witness the first oil well on the west coast of the Gulf, which sits to the left of the Oil museum, and the right is the original, tiny Bapco (Bahrain Petroleum Company) office from 1931.
Drive to Tree Of Life, an incredible 440 years old tree in the middle of the desert; the temperature exceeds 50 degrees centigrade in summer.
Proceed for a photo stop at Bahrain International Circuit. the first F1 in the middle east and a desert.
Drive to a camel farm at endorsement village to see : The Ship of the Desert.
Visit Dilmun Royal Burial mounds, which dates back to around 5000 years of Dilmun civilisation.
Visit one of the pottery workshops to witness the skill of an old pottery-making craft.
Transfer to your drop-off point, and the tour comes to an end.
