- Highlights of the famous gas attack in 1915
- For this visit, transport is required.
- The different locations are all in the neighborhood of the city, if you want to visit everything it takes about 40-50 km by car.
- But you can easily skip one or another, depending on the time schedule and interest.
- If you want to venture out and visit some cemeteries around the city ( total driving distance approx. 30 km or 18 miles), we can organize a bus tour to German, French and Commonwealth cemeteries. All are linked to WWI, but each tells a unique story.
- If you want to take a closer look at the trenches and visualize the lines of fighting armies, we can easily add this to the tour.(Relocation costs are not included in the price, modalities are determined in advance).
