Phillip Island Tour
Meet your driver/guide at the agreed-upon location and depart from Melbourne at around midday.
Start your journey to the city’s most colourful attraction – the iconic Brighton Beach bathing boxes.
Visit the beach and take some time to admire these historic landmarks.
Continue your journey through Melbourne’s bayside suburbs to Moonlit Sanctuary Wildlife Conservation Park. Here, enjoy a guided wildlife walk where you can meet and hand-feed many species of native Australian animals. Learn about iconic species such as kangaroos, koalas, emus & wallabies, and lesser-known favourites, including quolls, owls, bandicoots & Tasmanian devils.Enjoy the spectacular “Conservation in Action” wildlife show, which showcases several lesser-known Australian species in a series of interactive and engaging ranger presentations.
Continue to Phillip Island and visit Point Grant and the Nobbies, which allows viewing views over Westernport Bay and the Bass Strait, including Seal Rocks, home to Australia’s largest fur seals.
Move towards the main event, where the world’s smallest penguins waddle ashore just after dark every night after spending the day fishing out at sea. You will be truly enchanted as the show stars emerge from the surf and pass right before your eyes on their journey back to their homes. Your guide will ensure you get the best vantage point to enjoy the Penguin Parade. For an exclusive viewing experience, upgrade to the more personalised “Penguins Plus” viewing platform. With numbers limited to 300, you will enjoy special ranger interpretation in a more natural setting.
After the parade, you have plenty of time to explore the Visitor Centre before beginning your journey back to Melbourne.
Drop off at your inner-city accommodation.
