Eva Peron's Life Tour in Buenos Aires
- Meet your local tour guide at a preferred point and visit the different points of the city where Evita has passed through during her adult life.
Start from the Casa Rosada, the seat of the Executive Power of the Argentine Republic. The office of the president of the Nation is inside this building. It´s located in the neighbourhood of Monserrat, in front of the historic Plaza de Mayo.
Move towards the Museum of the House of Government, with objects related to the country's presidents. Visit only from outside.
Head to Buenos Aires Metropolitan Cathedral, an architectural masterpiece and the main Catholic church in the capital city. Visit the tombs of famous Argentine generals and admire elaborate artwork.
Pass through the Parliament and 9 de Julio Avenue, the widest in Argentina.
See Recoleta Cemetery, famous for its numerous and imposing mausoleums and vaults adorned with marbles and sculptures.
Stop at Evita's tomb, 200 meters away from the main entrance gate of the Recoleta Cemetery.
Conclude your tour with visits to Evita’s Park and Evita’s Museum. The museum offers a journey through the history of Eva Perón, for which photographs, videos and documents of the time are used.
