Explore Mendoza Aconcagua
- We will begin our adventure southwest along Provincial Route 82, traveling through the picturesque scenery of Cacheuta until we pass through the tunnel that connects this charming town with Potrerillos. Here, you will be fascinated by the spectacular views of the Cordón del Plata, Mendoza's main water source, and the splendid Potrerillos Dam, a mirror of crystalline water nestled between majestic mountains.
- We will continue our way through tunnels and bridges that will lead us to the picturesque town of Uspallata. We will stop here strategically to contemplate the magnitude of the valley from a privileged viewpoint.
- Returning to the route, our next destination is the Aconcagua Provincial Park.
- We will hike for about an hour to the Horcones Lagoon viewpoint, where you will enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the South Wall and the summit of the highest mountain in America.
- On the way back, we will make a last stop a few kilometres away at the emblematic Puente del Inca, an unmissable site that captures the essence of the Andes Mountains.
