Itinerary

1. From Ushuaia to Cabo San Pablo and Back

   • The day begins with a pick-up service at the hotels. We depart from Ushuaia towards National Route N°3.
   • Our first stop will be at the Carbajal Valley viewpoint.
   • You can contemplate the beauty of the homonymous valley and the imposing Mount Olivia.
   • We will continue our journey along the route until we reach the Haruwen Winter Resort.
   • Where we can visit a gin distillery and a motorcycle museum.
   • Afterwards, we will continue along the route until we reach the Garibaldi Pass.
   • Where we will cross the Andes and admire Escondido and Fagnano Lake.
   • Along the way, we will be accompanied by these beautiful bodies of water.
   • Upon reaching their head, we will descend to enjoy a picnic-style breakfast with local products.
   • Our trip will continue in Tolhuin, located in the heart of the state.
   • During this journey, we will be able to observe the changes in the vegetation.
   • From the Patagonian Andean forest to the steppe.
   • Next, we will head down Alternative Route A to Cabo San Pablo.
   • Where we will stop to view the iconic stranded ship Desdemona.
   • A 60-year-old German vessel that ran aground in 1985.
   • After taking photos and exploring its exterior.
   • We will head to a cosy country house where Silvia and her family will wait for us to enjoy a refreshing lunch.
   • After regaining our strength, we will continue our journey to the abandoned Lighthouse in Cabo San Pablo.
   • From this point, we can enjoy panoramic views of the Argentine South Sea and the Desdemona ship from a privileged height.
   • We will do a simple and aerobic walk of 1.5 km.
   • During this, we will have the opportunity to spot condors, guanacos, and foxes.
   • Once our excursion ends, we will return to the van. To begin the journey back to the city of Ushuaia.
   • Where each one will be dropped off at their respective accommodation.
