A Day In Yerevan
- Visit the handmade carpet factory “Megeryan” and get familiar with carpet weaving culture, which occupies a special place in the Armenian cultural system. In traditional Armenia, carpet weaving has been developing since ancient times. During the excursion, take part in a master class of carpet weaving to introduce the traditional Armenian culture with all of its charms.
- Uncover the history of this city at the Yerevan History Museum, established in 1931. More than 87,000 cultural artefacts in the museum tell about the city from ancient times to the present day.
- Have a full Armenian lunch and taste the legendary Armenian brandy. Go to a factory to get familiar with its history and traditions.
- Make the final stop of the day at Tsitsernakaberd, the memorial of the Armenian Genocide. Armenians from all over the world visit this memorial to honour their ancestors.
