Since two years, I have volunteerly worked as tour guider for the region of Shkodra at Drita Travel agency, where I gained experience and ability to exercise this profession.The role of tourist guider I have filed with desire and passion, seeing as a channel of knowledge but also experience exchanges with foreign tourists.Received criticism, as from the agency, as well as by tourists accompanied by me, they have been very positive marks and quite enjoyable.During three summer seasons I have been part of the working staff at the touristic information office, Velipoje.Services provided by this office were of type: tourist information, maps & guides, organizing tours, tourist guides, boating, bookstores, souvenirs.Besides education and experience at work, I have been actively involved with civil society, where currently am part of the Association "Albanian Alps Alliance", as secretary and administrator of this organization, which has helped me to build my capacity in the field of active participation in the community.As part of the association, I have been participant and coordinator in some projects, trainings, conferences, seminars, workshops, exhibitions, from which i have benefited very good abilities of teamwork.
