I am a multilingual customer service-oriented travel & tourism professional with extensive experience in managing and successfully delivering quality service.I love traveling especially by train. I have a genuine interest in the history of the places I visit and a sheer passion for sharing what I learn.Roman by birth, Londoner by choice, I am very resourceful, extremely approachable, and available round the clock when on tour. You might have already seen me walking down the aisle of a Eurostar train between London, Paris, and Brussels.I was an on-board train manager for fifteen years until I decided to extend the range of my trips by becoming a tour leader for a well-established adventure travel tour operator.The success of my first season across Eastern and central Europe prompted me to do another one.This time from Budapest I have led my groups all the way to Beijing in China – by train.The following year I became a destination manager for the same operator and had overall operational responsibility on all European and Trans Mongolian tours;  I've improved existing tours and developed new ones.By planning and coordinating the tour of the Olympic Torch Relay for London 2012 I fulfilled my dream of being part of a little bit of History; the 70 days tour of the UK for up to 300 relay staff has been an incredible and unforgettable success.I strive to make all the tours I lead equally memorable.
