B.Transfers and Transport Services.

FBA Tours and Travel organizes for transport and transfers services for you.We have available to us 4 wheel drive vehicles, saloon cars, 8-9seaters tour vans with pop up roof for ease of game viewing, 9seater Land cruisers with pop up roof also best for game view and 19-33seaters luxury buses. 

We also provide V.I.P treatments as per the client request.

C.Hotel Reservations.

Hotel reservations are key services we give to all our clients travelling to various destinations both local and international.This has been made possible through signing of agreements with various hotels in Kenya and Eastern Africa and work with various partners worldwide.We ensure all our clients get the best accommodation they require in their intended destination. 

The reservations made are based on your needs I.e 3, 4 or 5 Stars hotels or apartments where necessary.The hotels we work with are high standard hotels recommended for travel and those that have maintained a high standard of service delivery over the years of operation.

We ensure that your reservation is in a hotel that befits your needs and budget.

D.Visa Processing.

Fly Beyond Africa Tours and Travel organizes for visa processing for passengers travelling with us for embassies that do not require the presence of the traveler at the embassy.All the requirements for application of the visa shall be collected from your offices and application will be taken to the relevant embassy.

Updates on the delivery date of the passport with the visa will be given to you together with updates on the other reservations related to the visa applications I.e Ticketing reservations and hotel bookings.

Once released by the embassy we shall deliver the passport and related reservations confirmations to your offices.

G.Group Travel:

Fly Beyond Africa Tours and Travel handles group travel for its clientele both local and international travel.We organize groups for conferences, Leisure, business travel and family gatherings.We have had over 6years experience handling such tours. 

We have the capability of handling all the activities involved in organizing the group travel form:

i.Group air tickets: we shall negotiate for favorable group rates for the group travel with the respective airlines to the destinations.

ii.Accommodation: We shall provide accommodation close to the venue or at the venue of the conference.We shall provide to you a member of our staff to accompany your group participants.

iii.We shall organize for transfers to and from the conference area where the hotel is not the venue of the conference.

iv.Pre booking of the venue: where necessary we shall advise and book conference venues within the regions selected for the conferences.

v.Travel Insurance: Travelers inbound into Kenya and out bound can be provided with travel insurance where necessary.
