Many people think that after the whole week doing exhausting activities, they will feel free again if they come into open-air, such as : going to the beach or trekking to the jungle or mountain, in order to inhale the fresh air and to cheer them up, vacation would be an alternative to come out of strained situation.

Indonesia as the biggest archipelagic country in the world has some amazing tourist objects, North Sulawesi for instance is located geographically close to the Philippines, Sulawesi Sea, Pacific Ocean in the North, Maluku Sea in the East, the Tomini Gulf in the South and directly bordered to the province of Gorontalo in the West.

North Sulawesi is rich with various cultures, traditions, arts, exquisite cuisines, vast paddy fields, vast coconuts and clove plantations, thick forest as the home of rare and fascinating fauna, caves, waterfalls, lakes, wonderful beaches, and photogenic volcanoes.North Sulawesi is one of Indonesia's most friendly, most interesting and beautiful areas. A paradise not only for divers, the reefs around the coasts and islands are world-class diving and snorkeling sites, it also has some very active and photogenic volcanoes. There are 12 volcanoes in North Sulawesi, such as : Mt.Mahawu, Mt.Lokon, Mt.Soputan, Mt.Tangkoko, Mt.Ambang, Mt.Karangetang, Mt.Awu, Mt.Ruang, Mt.Banua Wuhu, Mt.Mahangetang (Underwater Volcanoe), Mt.Klabat and Mt.Sempu.

People come flocking to the volcano sites because the sunsets/sunrise and views that they create can be breathtakingly beautiful and also the uniqueness is found in its crater which gives us enchanting scenery.
