There are plenty of ways to get to the top. But be prepared because the Kilimanjaro Climb is challenging and demanding. It is impossible to start Mount Kilimanjaro Climbing without specific mountaineering training or equipment, but you need to be physically fit and mentally healthy. THE DIFFERENT CLIMBING ROUTES UP MOUNT KILIMANJARO :


There are six Kilimanjaro Climbing Routes, the most famous being The Marangu Route (nicknamed as 'The Coca Cola Route)'. If you are an experienced climber or are in great shape, you can also consider the           Lemosho route - Definitely not for infants.

  • Marangu Route - Offers hut accommodation.

  • Machame Route - Most popular Kilimanjaro route

  • Rongai Route - Only route that approaches from the North

  • Shira Route - Approaches from the Western side of Kilimanjaro.

  • Lemosho Route - Most beautiful Kilimanjaro route

  • Umbwe Route - Shortest, steepest and hardest Kilimanjaro route
