As per our company policy, we require guests to pay 100% of the tour cost upon confirmation of their tour. This ensures that we can proceed with essential arrangements such as visas, hotels, and other bookings.
However, we strongly advise against making any advance payments before confirming your tour with us. Unconfirmed payments can lead to unnecessary misunderstandings. While we do provide refunds as per our cancellation policy, please note that transfer charges will apply. To avoid complications, we recommend making your payment only after confirming the tour with us.
